Tina Kissinger completed her training as a notarial assistant in 2001 and worked in a notary's office until 2006, while also completing a ‘University Entrance Qualification’ majoring in economics and administration. This was followed by internships in viticulture, at Dienstleistungszentrum Ländlicher Raum Rheinhessen - Nahe - Hunsrück in Oppenheim as well as in her parents' winery, and also a six-month internship at a PR agency in London. She successfully completed her degree in International Wine Business at Hochschule Geisenheim University at the beginning of 2010. In her bachelor thesis, Tina Kissinger dealt with communication about wine in English newspapers as well as the trading of German wines in the British market. During her studies she worked for REWE for almost two years, followed by the position of Marketing and Export Manager at the Heinrich Vollmer winery in Ellerstadt. From 2011 to 2016, she was assistant to the head of the wine buying department at the Reh Kendermann GmbH winery in Bingen, where she was also a member of the works council's economic committee. Since 2016, Tina Kissinger has been working at Hochschule Geisenheim University (from July 2016 to Feb. 2024 as a press officer for scientific research, from March 2024 as communications and marketing officer). She was an advisor to the Bund deutscher Oenologen e. V. from 2016 to 2020 and a member of the board - communications department - from 2020 to 2024 and a member of the university’s sensory analysis panel, from 2019 to 2021 deputy senate member and since April 2021 for two years senate member.
