Professorship for Organic Viticulture
The research focus for the Professorship for Organic Viticulture is on the development and application of new farming strategies and solutions for organic winegrowing (EU Regulation 2018/848). Analyzing and increasing the sustainability of organic viticulture and adapting organic farming to the changing climate play a key role in this context.
Topics relating to organic viticulture are integrated into the compulsory and elective modules of all wine-related degree programs at the Hochschule Geisenheim University.
