Event Management at Hochschule Geisenheim University
Conferences - Trade Fairs - Functions - The Event Management team is your competent partner for the planning and running of all university events and trade fairs.
We offer the complete service; from conception and planning, through to the organisation of conferences, workshops and symposiums. We are also responsible for the design and organisation of the university's presence at specialist trade fairs as well as career fairs.
We work closely with the Communication & Press Department team in the publicising of our events.

Our Range of Services
The Info-Point is the first contact for general questions at Hochschule Geisenheim University. The friendly reception team can give you information about the university and answer any questions you may have, as well as pass on any suggestions and wishes you may have.
Hochschule Geisenheim University's eight Bachelor and nine Master degree programs prepare our students for a (green) career!
Study Info Days are held in May and November.
Marvel, enjoy, learn: at our 'Open Campus' weekend, held every 2 years, visitors can get a behind-the-scenes look at the teaching and research on offer at Hochschule Geisenheim University.
The next Open Campus is planned for the beginning of September 2019.
