Mentoring Hessen, a joint project of Hessian universities and universities of applied science, provides tailored career guidance for women.

Apply now to take part in the mentoring programs ProCareer.MINT, ProCareer.Doc, ProAcademia and ProProfessur. ProCareer.MINT aims to provide support for students of MINT subjects (math, information technology, natural science, technology) who are about to decide which career path they want to follow after graduation. ProCareer.Doc is tailored to doctoral students and early postdocs from all disciplines, and provides guidance on post-doctoral career options. ProAcademia supports postdocs and advanced doctoral students from all disciplines who want to pursue a career in academia. ProProfessur provides guidance for academics who are about to start a career as a professor.

The application period for ProCareer.MINT, ProCareer.Doc and ProAcademia ends on December 1, 2021. Applications for the mentoring program ProProfessur must be submitted by December 15, 2021.

Mentoring Hessen provides mentoring, training and networking program and is tailored to the specific interests of women in the transition phase from student to professorship or to a leading position in business or academia. The joint project of Hessian universities and universities of applied science closely cooperates with companies and research institutions. In addition to mentoring, the project offers workshops and networking sessions aimed to strengthen personal skills and help mentees chose the right career options.
