You will get a lot of insight on German culture and you will experience an intercultural training conducted by a trainer, who normally works for major German corporations.
You will learn:
– ‚Culture‘: The concept
– Your culture of origin – German culture: Perceived differences
– German communication style
– The ‚functional approach‘ of Germans
– Different notions of ‚friendship‘
– Feedback in Germany
– German understanding of ‚authority‘
